You can now donate to Total Health using your credit card or Pay Pal account. Following your donation you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive a statement at the end of the year detailing all donations made for the year.

To donate online simply click on the "make a donation" button below. You will be asked for "shipping information" during this process. Please enter the address you would like us to send your end of year receipts.

To donate by mail simply make checks out to "Total Health" and mail to Total Health, PO Box 424, Lewis Center, OH 43035
